语言大学附近招合租looking for a roommate nearby languge school

我和我男朋友想征一个室友，合租五道口附近的2室一厅的房子。我是清华今年毕业的， 我男朋友是一个荷兰人，可以说中文，也在清华读书。我们都从事IT行业，安静、干净且很好相处，希望找到一个室友+朋友。

目前，我们找中介看了一个房子，觉得很不错，装修格局都很好，地点在西郊宾馆附近，离清华、语言大学、地址大学很近，走几步就到语言大学了。语言大学的环境非常好，周围有健身馆、游泳馆、食堂、操场、便宜的咖啡厅，这也是为什么我们想在这附近租房的原因。

房间的总价为5200,包含暖气、物业等费用，由于是拍摄技巧问题，真实的房间比照片要好很多。我们想租其中的主卧，您住次卧， 主卧价格2850, 次卧2350。同时我们需要共同承担中介费，不超过4000，您可能需要承担1500左右的中介费。我们已经连续两年用这个中介了，其服务态度很好，不找麻烦，会给我们适当打折，第二年可以续租，不用重新交中介费。

目前的租户7月31号搬出，之后可以入住, 但是希望您满意的话可以早点定下来，因为我过几天不在北京。

I'm looking for a roommate starting the 31st of July. The room is located directly next to BLCU and is decorated really nicely (Normally the rooms around here are all old and crappy but this one is quite nice).
In total there are two bedrooms, a nice bathroom (hard to find in China), and a living room. I will be living in the bigger bedroom with my girlfriend and the other bedroom is 2350 RMB / month, about 10-15m2.
The small room is decorated nicely, has an electric curtain lol, a nice study desk where you can put your pc etc and a big bed, easily enough for two persons and a closet for your clothes.
I'm a dutch guy, 23 years old, working as Software Engineer and going to study at Tsinghua starting in September. I'm easy going, clean and open, don't mind sharing or hanging out together either.
Because this apartment is managed by an agent, you will have to pay about 1500 to the agent I bargained with him already for you, because he asked 1 month of rent originally. The agent will also help you register at the police station. This fee is one time only and I have to pay this too for the room I'm renting.
Currently the apartment is still being rented to the previous guy, he will move out July 31st, so please take a look at the pictures first to decide if this is something for you.
