Bytedance (今日头条)is looking for Hindi Product Intern for User Operations.

Job description:

1.Find initial users; Grow and expand users；

2.Gather users' feedback and continue to improve product experience; Make the product more local and better to use； 3.Based on users' real perspectives, give suggestion and recommendations for the product 's continuous improvement.

Requirements：

1.Must hold a Bachelor's Degree or above. Full/Part-time positions both under consideration;

2.Indian; Speaks Hindi as a first language or shows native-level fluency through listening, speaking, reading, and writing; 3.Must have fluent command of English, or enough to function effectively in an English work environment;

4.Must show responsibility, ability to effectively plan and execute projects, and drive to improve oneself;

5.Is committed to the output of a superior product, and has the ability to analyze and summarize a project's progress. 6.Is able to quickly and accurately judge user feedback; can identify the shortcomings of a product and the reasons for its weaknesses; is forthcoming with helpful solutions to improve the product.
