I have a 2Brs apartment in XueZhiYuan for foreign student to rent. 2KM away from BLCU.

      clean and tidy, warm and comfortable.

                   

*    The apartment is fully equipped with all electric facilities for daily use (TV, Washing Machine, Air Conditioner, Refrigerator,

      Electric Water Heaters, Microwave etc). And also with complete furniture. And internet lane is available.

                     

*    The location of the apartment is very convenient. Several buses have bus stop here. No. 355, No.Wai333, No.392, No.398, No.419,

      No. 478, No.490, No.609, No.632, No.691,No.693,No.753, No.YunTong103..

                                                                   

The apartment is very close to Sheng Xi No.8 Shopping Center, which is a 5 floor mall with supermarket, shopping places, theater,

      restaurants. Very convenient for life & relax..

        

*    The apartment is suitable for 1 or 2 people to live. We hope the relationship between the 2 guest can be either family member or at least good friends.

         

If you have plan to rent a apartment for 1 year or above, and also willing to help us taking care of the apartment as we did, we really wish

      you could be the one to rent our apartment. The monthly rental is 5K RMB, and quarterly payment in advance.

                                             

*    I can speak fluent English, and able to communicate with English Speaking student guest. After you visit the apartment and if we all

      agree with the terms/conditions, we will sign Official Apartment Lease Contract. If needed, we also can go to a housing agent office

      to sign the leasing contract which has the agent as the witness.

           

*     According to China Regulation, I pay tax for the rental. By doing that, the student guest will able to get the letter of introduction from Xue Zhi Yuan

       Foreign Population Office smoothly, and with that, to obtain the Registration Form of Temporary Residence from Wu Dao Kou Police Station.

       That document (Form of Temp Residence) is essential for your applying China foreign student visa.
