            I have a 2Brs apartment in XueZhiYuan for foreign studentto rent. 2KM away from BLCU.

*   The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 livingroom, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen. The apartment face the west south, clean and tidy, warm and comfortable.

*   The apartment is fully equipped withall electric facilities for daily use (40’LED TV, Washing Machine,Air Conditioner, Refrigerator, Electric Water Heaters, Microwave etc). And also with complete furniture. Andinternet lane is available.                  

       *   The location of the apartment is very convenient. Several buses have bus stop here. No. 355,No.Wai333, No.392, No.398, No.419, No. 478, No.490, No.609, No.632, No.691,No.693,No.753,No.YunTong103..                                                           

            The apartment is very close to Sheng Xi No.8 Shopping Center, which isa 5 floor mall with supermarket, shopping places, theater, restaurants. Very convenient for life & relax..

       *   The apartment is suitable for 1 or 2 people to live. We hope therelationship between the 2 guest can be either family member or at least goodfriends.        

            If you have plan to rent a apartment for 1year or above, and also willing to help us taking care of the apartment as wedid, we really wish you could be the one to rent our apartment. The monthly rental is 4.8K RMB, andquarterly payment in advance.

       *   I can speak fluent English, and ableto communicate with English Speaking student guest. After you visit theapartment and if we all agree with the terms/conditions, we will sign Official Apartment Lease Contract.           

      *    According to China Regulation, I pay tax for the rental. Bydoing that, the student guest will able to get the letter of introduction fromXue Zhi Yuan Foreign Population Office smoothly, and with that, toobtain the Registration Form of Temporary Residence from Wu Dao Kou PoliceStation. That document (Form of Temp Residence) is essential for your applying China foreign student visa.
